Whole30: Day 19

I woke up really sleepy today so I pressed snooze a few times.

Breakfast: about a 1/4 cup of gr. Buffalo from The Buffalo Guys, a grapefruit, decaf coffee with almond milk

Lunch: leftovers from last night’s dinner: spaghetti squash, brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes, avocado oil, pepper and salt

Dinner: 3-egg omelet, tomato, avocado, ground buffalo and blueberries with cinnamon

Snacks: banana, two kiwi, apple pie larabar, small handful macadamian nuts, small handful almonds

Not enough water today but I did start the process of finding the best coconut water ever today. Today I bought the original Zico water. We used to buy the chocolate kind, and it’s amazing! The original is just okay. It has a strange taste that reminds me of bread dough which kind of freaks me out.

No cravings, really. But I’m headed into a bloated stage again. I think it’s that time.
