Whole30: Day 28 & 29

I feel grrreat, and I’m so glad to be approaching Day 30 with a BANG!

Breakfasts: ground buffalo & grapefruit; larabar & grapefruit

Lunches: ground buffalo & larabar; salad (romaine, avocado, tomato, toasted pumpkin seeds, balsamic, olive oil & lemon juice)

Dinners: roasted veggies (beet, turnip, brussel sprouts, white potato, sweet potato & heirloom carrot) buffalo sausage; roasted veggies (heirloom carrot, white potato, brussel sprouts & beet)

Snacks: decaf latte with unsweetened almond milk, blueberries, mandarin

Folks, the final day is approaching!!!

Again, I feel like I began this journaling process with more detail, but I’ve sort of slacked online. I’m not going to beat myself up over this because I did the Whole30. I changed my life for 30 days. I didn’t think it was going to be that drastic of a change. I thought my diet was already sooo clean, but I quickly realized I was missing chocolate and all sorts of other things. ‘Can’t be too hard on myself for not blogging during all of these changes. Plus, I have kept a thorough journal at my bedside, and I intend to bring it to my chiropractic (who is basically my natural doctor) to have her take a look and see if she notices anything. Ya know, see if she notices emotional reactions or physical reactions I had to a particular food, or sleep patterns related to food or whatever.

Anyway, I’m out for tonight. Bring on tomorrow!
