There’s little to say. It was a pretty basic day on the Whole30.
Breakfast: a grapefruit, a handful of almonds
Lunch: left over sweet potato chili, left over jalapeno cashew cream, a tangelo
Dinner: broccoli and carrot roasted in avocado oil and sea salt
Snacks: raw carrot “chips,” roasted parsnip with YinYang Hot Sauce
Also, I just placed my DoTerra order. Yay! Cleanse and Restore Kit is on its way.
