Whole30 Vegan-style: Day 3

Breakfast: a grapefruit, some yummy granny smith herbal tea (tasted like cider without the sugar!)

Lunch: cauliflower rice, roasted root vegetables, spicy diavolo sauce

Dinner: carrot, broccoli and sweet potato roasted in minimal olive oil and sea salt; small amount of YinYang Hot Sauce on the side

Snacks: raw carrot “chips,” a cherry pie Larabar

“Dessert”: steamed almond milk with a touch of coconut cream, cinnamon, unswtnd cocoa poder, vanilla extract (totally hits the spot! Thanks, Awesome!)
