Breakfast: a grapefruit
Lunch: a coconut creme pie Larabar
Dinner: sweet potato puree (w/ almond milk, salt, cinnamon), roasted veggies (brussel sprouts, green beans, heirloom carrots & broccoli)
Dessert: a grapefruit
Also, I had something wonderful today. Awesome gave me this recipe for coconut milk, vanilla extract & cinnamon heated up. I tweaked it a smidge using almond milk, coconut cream, pumpkin spices, cinnamon and vanilla.
